Crate&Barrel is a world leader in housewares, furniture (indoor and out), and home accessories with the chain of 122 retail stores in 10 countries.
Crate&Barrel (Joint venture of two Turkish companies Park Avenue Group and Dogus Holding) came to us with the task of supporting the brand launch in Russia. At the same time the company wanted to increase Crate&Barrel brand awareness and get consumers' loyalty. Buman Media developed PR campaign to support the launch, first store opening. Along with that the agency team developed PR strategy for the company and supported all further communications in the market including PR, SMM, events, special & KOLs projects.
  • 700 guests, including 110 journalists and bloggers and 25 editors-in-chief of the leading media titles attended the shop opening;
  • Posta Box (gift box) project implemented as part of communication plan resulted in the following:
  • 43 celebrities including Dima Bilan, Alla Pugacheva, Kristina Orbakaite, Polina Gagarina, Elena Kuletskaya posted photos in their Instagram accounts mentioning @createandbarrelru;
  • As a result of this special project with bloggers interior designers the shop had big sales from new clients (1-2 mln rubles).
